Salary: £34,957.46 (gross)per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153. This is a Regular Driver Role so also attracts a car allowance of £5000 (gross) per annum, subject to internal checks.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit multiple Local Digital Organisers, across Greater London. The post-holder will be responsible for delivering winning digital campaigns and upskill others to do the same.

The successful candidate will have:

• Good knowledge of the political landscape in London
• Experience of working on multi-platform digital campaigns
• Good video and graphic design editing skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)

The London Local Digital Organisers will cover the following areas, please indicate your preference on the application form. If no preference is stated, it will be assumed that you are interested in all vacancies:

Please note that this is a Regular Driver Role and there is a requirement to be able to drive and own a compliant car in this role. Any successful applicant will be required to drive and have a compliant car within 12 months of their start date. A driving licence is required for this role due to operational requirements including travel between multiple locations and transportation of campaign materials.
