Role: Policy and Campaigns Manager – Wales

Salary: £51,229.82 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,668. There is the ability to progress to £58,084.17 over the next 3 years.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Policy and Campaigns Manager – Wales. The post-holder will be responsible for helping to develop and deliver Welsh Labour’s policy platform ahead of the next General Election, and delivering organisational unity in messaging by ensuring that all stakeholders are properly briefed on Welsh Labour’s policy platform.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of supporting senior politicians to understand and convey policy positions
• Experience working in a fast-paced political environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent political judgement
