The Role
As Director or Account Director, you will play a central role in the agency, leading client engagement and directly shaping strategy for complex property and planning projects.
You will lead pitches, develop campaign strategies and act as a trusted adviser to clients making significant property investments. You will ensure projects are positioned for success through excellent stakeholder engagement, clear messaging and strong local political insight.
You will also be a people leader. You will set standards, mentor colleagues and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver consistently strong work and measurable results.

- Proven agency experience in property and planning communications.
