We are currently recruiting for a full time Policy Project Manager on a permanent contract based in any of the Heritage Fund’s offices in the following locations - Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Nottingham (Hybrid Working).

This is a key role in our Policy team which is responsible for developing the Heritage Fund’s policy positions and ensuring our work is informed by specialist heritage policy knowledge and the wider policy and political environment.

We are looking for a candidate who will be able to deliver a wide range of policy projects helping us to deliver our strategy. These projects will focus on the delivery of our Strategic Initiatives; engaging with government and sector stakeholders, support for our 3-year Delivery Plans; and providing sector insight.

Our ideal candidate will be able to manage and deliver policy projects at pace; undertake high quality policy analysis, co-ordinating and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, bringing different areas of expertise together; and engage external stakeholders to implement and drive impact for key initiatives, projects and policy agendas. The work will cover all areas of the heritage sector, including land and nature, built heritage and museums, libraries and archives.
