Salary: £38,682 to £46,580 per annum + HCAS where applicable (NHS Agenda for Change Band 6)

Job Details

NHS Blood and Transplant is a Special Health Authority, dedicated to saving and improving lives through a wide range of services to the NHS. It has a wide and diverse remit including, blood donation, organ donation and stem cells. The Corporate Communications team works across all these areas meaning you will work across a wide variety of subjects each week.

This role also allows you the opportunity to work with colleagues from all levels within the organisation up to and including the Chief Executive and Chairman.

You will be part of a supportive team, which forms part of the wider Communications Directorate, and will be actively encouraged to share your ideas and thoughts on how we continue to improve the way in which we engage with all our colleagues and stakeholders.

In this role you will support the Public Affairs Manager in implementing and delivering all areas of the corporate communications strategy; including external affairs and stakeholder engagement.
