Job Title: Senior Caseworker

Salary: Full Time - in line with IPSA pay scales 

Length of Contract: Permanent - with 6 months probation period 

Job Details

· Manage a busy inbox of casework and all other correspondence from constituents.
· Advocate on behalf of constituents in need of help and Lloyd’s support. And chasing up key stakeholders to ensure casework is completed and clear answers are provided for constituents.
· Ensure cases are dealt with in a timely, caring and sensitive manner.
· Monitor casework and ensure all identified actions are taken. Spot casework patterns and start local campaigns based on casework where necessary.
· Escalate urgent cases to Lloyd where necessary.
· Work closely with the wider constituency office to ensure cases are always dealt with and high standards are met.
· Supervise one other member of staff in the constituency office, including mentoring and delegating casework to be completed.
· Assist with advice surgeries, coffee afternoons, public meetings and street surgeries.
· The role will require sometimes working outside of normal working hours and regularly traveling all across the constituency.
