Job Description

• Drive engagement with the pensions industry through Expert Panels.
• Prepare and own policy consultation responses and high-quality briefings.
• Engage proactively with policymakers, pensions providers, and private capital firms.
• Support the organisation of events and training to connect investors and firms.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate across internal teams and member committees.

A successful Policy Executive should have:

• 1-3 years' experience in a policy role
• A good understanding of the UK's policy-making process.
• A keen interest in the private capital industry and its role in economic growth.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
