We are looking for a talented digital and creative communications specialist to deliver impactful campaigns across social and digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Charlesbye’s digital and creative function.
- Serve as the agency’s lead digital adviser, providing creative solutions and senior counsel across multiple accounts.
- Plan, script, produce and edit engaging digital and mobile-first content.
- Write creative briefs, content grids and platform specific recommendations for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
- Design and develop digital assets for the agency, including pitch materials, proposals and campaign materials.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to add value, solve problems, or expand briefs.
- Help shape and deliver compelling messages that resonate with public audiences, media, and decision-makers across platforms.
- Provide mentoring to the team and contribute to improving account performance across the business.
- Deliver analytics and performance reporting, offering insight driven recommendations.
Person specification
Technical
- 4-7 years of experience in an agency setting, or a fast-paced in-house role.
- Proven ability to lead social and digital campaigns, with a deep understanding of platform best practices and digital storytelling.
- Confident creating content end to end - planning, filming, editing, publishing and writing copy.
- Proficiency with creative and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite.
- Understanding and experience of website build and design.
- Commercial awareness and experience performing content analytics and performance reporting.

- Strong client management skills: confident, calm and credible.
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
- A natural storyteller and creative thinker with an ability to build compelling creative and media opportunities
- Hugely engaged with the news, current affairs and cultural trends.
- Are reliable self-starters with a positive attitude.
- Are brimming with enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
