• Holding no truck with anyone who thinks volunteers should do the boring admin. 
• Having big ideas, an eye for detail, the ability to write and think at speed and an open mind. 
• Knowing how to use Canva, social media, databases and technology no one else has heard of to make your point. 
• Mentoring and inspiring junior team members whilst keeping Stella on time and the inbox manageable. 
• Experience of why political parties and policy making matter for all their flaws and frustrations.
• Love for Walthamstow much more than anyone could ever find Westminster exciting. 
• Wanting to make a difference and a cup of tea for everyone. 
• Being True Labour not Blue Labour.
