It is an exciting time for the Co-operative Party with our largest ever membership and a strong team of staff, activists and representatives. Our team of Regional Organisers work locally and regionally to grow and develop our membership.

The Organisers are the first point of contact for members and volunteer officers in our Party Councils and Branches, they support members and branches to deliver activism and campaigning at a local and regional level, working with the co-operative and labour movements to do so. They develop accessible, engaging and positive opportunities for member activity – both online and in person – and are aiming to grow the number of Cooperative Party candidates at the 2026 elections.

The postholder will support members and branches in the London, East of England, and South East regions.

This is part time, flexible role - 3 days per week (involving weekends and evenings).
