1. Experience of successfully managing social media channels for a high profile organisation, brand, campaign or politician.
2. Exceptional copywriting, copy-editing and proofreading skills
3. A strong understanding of different digital channels and social media platforms.
4. Ability to work consistently to high professional standards including to accuracy, honesty, quality, and evidence.
5. Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to manage many different projects at once, from assignment through to delivery, in line with deadlines and sign off procedures.
7. A strong understanding of the UK’s current political environment and how to engage with Liberal Democrat members and with voters.
8. Good visual design skills - able to produce high quality, visually appealing content.
9. Strong photography and videography skills.
10. A commitment to the aims and values of the Liberal Democrats.
