Its work supports informed decision-making across Westminster by translating specialist topics into clear, actionable insight. Palace Yard also manages All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) and provides political insight to help stakeholders navigate Westminster.

Founded and led by The Rt Hon Natascha Engel, former MP and Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, Palace Yard has built a strong reputation for trusted, balanced, and expert-led policy engagement. The Role
The Programme Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of Palace Yard’s energy-focused programmes, managing projects from conception to completion and ensuring that events, policy outputs, and stakeholder engagement are of the highest quality.
