Alison Griffiths MP is seeking a motivated and community-focused Constituency Assistant to support her work on behalf of residents in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, and surrounding villages.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their public-service career who wants hands-on experience at the heart of constituency work. You will work closely with the MP and her team, gaining first-hand exposure to how an MP supports residents, engages with local organisations, and delivers for the community.

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping prepare for a local visit or event; the next, speaking with residents, liaising with stakeholders, or helping to deliver a constituency project from initial idea through to completion. This role will suit someone who is enthusiastic, practical, and keen to get properly stuck in — not just generating ideas, but taking responsibility for seeing them through.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, supported to develop new skills, and encouraged to play an active role in shaping how the constituency office engages with the community it serves.
