Job Details

Graduate Research & Consultancy Associate
Organisation: Beauhurst
Location: London

Beauhurst is on a mission to become the essential tool for anyone who wants to work with, fund, or understand high-growth businesses. We’re building the leading provider of private company data in Europe, helping people spot what’s next before it’s obvious.

Private companies power a huge share of jobs and revenue, but dependable information on them is often hard to find. Our platform and API bridge that gap, giving customers up-to-date insight so they can make better decisions, back the right founders, and design smarter policy.

The role
This isn’t academic research or management consultancy, but it borrows the best bits of both. You’ll work with clients, interpret data, run research, and create content that gets used and shared. Think: turning complex private-market signals into crisp narratives, charts and client-ready publications.

In the Research & Consultancy team, you’ll help pitch for, shape and deliver bespoke projects for organisations like venture capital firms, financial institutions, universities and government teams. Expect variety: events, analysis, writing and design all in one week. You’ll get thorough training before you’re expected to lead projects end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

  • Build client relationships (email, phone and in-person)
  • Research and analyse using Beauhurst data plus wider market research
  • Turn findings into clear, client-ready reports and visuals
  • Propose new topics and project ideas
  • Present insights in a way that’s accurate, useful and easy to act on

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident communicator who enjoys stakeholder work
  • Curious about the UK economy and fast-growing companies
  • Strong analysis skills and experience with R, Stata, SPSS (or similar)
  • Able to translate numbers into insight and sharp writing
  • Good eye for clean, compelling presentation

What you’ll get:

  • Equity stake
  • Health cash plan + free therapy
  • Professional development support
  • Socials and company events
  • Travel support (season ticket loan, railcards, cycle to work)
  • Subsidised clubs
