With almost 50 years’ experience as specialists in political monitoring, Randall’s provides comprehensive coverage of Westminster, Whitehall, the Scottish and Welsh Parliaments and the Northern Ireland and Greater London Assemblies.
Details
We pride ourselves on the Randall’s human touch. This means that we all work with all of our clients; we make sure that we fully understand what their priorities are, and we make a human decision on what monitoring we think they should see. We are not an algorithm or key word service, and clients choose use because we read everything carefully. In short: we cut through the noise.
We’re looking for another Monitoring Executive to join our small and close-knit team. From day one, you’ll be helping to keep our valued clients informed of key developments across Parliament, as well as helping to produce summaries of debates and policy. It’s a fast-paced role that requires a focused attitude, willingness to pitch in and the ability to multitask. In return, we offer the chance to be a key member of our fantastic team, excellent benefits, on the job training and the opportunity to become an expert on the UK Parliamentary system.
Monitoring Executive responsibilities
- Political and parliamentary monitoring: responsible for reading and summarising parliamentary and stakeholder content, from Westminster and the devolved administrations, and getting to grips with the legislative scrutiny process;
- Briefings and insight: responsible for contributing towards our highly respected briefings on a variety of political, parliamentary and procedural issues;
- Client support: adopting the Randall’s human touch that our reputation is built on, you will be supporting clients daily on a variety of issues, ranging from parliamentary procedure to providing ad hoc research support and advice and also undertaking our regular client catch ups and getting involved in new business enquiries.
