Located in the heart of Westminster, the Parliamentary Knowledge Foundation (PKF) is a non-profit social enterprise developed under the patronage of the Speaker, dedicated to providing experiential learning that enhances MPs’ understanding of UK charities, institutions and businesses.
Overview:
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills with an interest in UK politics and public policy. You will play a central role in managing people, diaries, databases and systems, while also supporting team operations, events and communications. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a first-of-its-kind project working at the heart of Westminster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key administrative support to the core PKS team
- Manage diaries, schedules and coordination across MPs, partners and stakeholders
- Maintain and update PKS databases, CRM systems and contact lists
- Coordinate communications and logistics with multiple individuals and organisations
- Support event planning and delivery for receptions, PKS trips and the annual PKS graduation of MPs
- Additional duties as required

Role Information:
- Full time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Initial 6-month contract with a view to extension, renewal or permanent role for the right candidate
- Remote working possible, but the candidate must be available to travel to London where required
Requirements:
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Strong administrative skills with confidence managing diaries, databases and CRM systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Interviews to be held week commencing 26th Jan and 2nd Feb with a view to starting mid February, but may be earlier for the right candidate.
