The Constitution Society is offering a number of Contributing Writer opportunities for 2026/7.

The Society is looking to recruit contributing writers in fixed-term appointments to research, write, and create content on contemporary UK constitutional issues. Each writer will be offered a minimum of five assignments in 2026/27, with blog posts typically between 1,000 and 1,500 words, and will be paid £200 per blog post.

Areas of interest to the Society include, but are not limited to:

- Devolution and the territorial constitution
- The judiciary and the rule of law
- Executive standards and accountability
- The role of the civil service and the structure of government
- Legislative issues
- Democracy and electoral systems
- The constitutional change process
