Following significant growth in 2025, GGi is now scaling rapidly, with ambitions to double in size by 2028. We are seeking a Development and Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, impact and income. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on business development, partnership building and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business development activity across priority markets and sectors
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Lead bid writing, proposals, pricing and contract development
  • Work with internal teams to refine and develop organisational offers
  • Monitor market and sector trends to inform growth strategy
  • Track pipeline performance and income against targets
  • Represent the organisation externally at meetings and events

About You

You will be a proactive and commercially minded professional with:

  • proven experience in business development or growth-focused roles
  • strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • experience of bids, proposals and income generation
  • excellent communication and influencing skills
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • an interest in governance, leadership or public services
