Current Opportunities
Head of Research, Policy and Impact
A senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading WIG’s research, policy and impact agenda. This position oversees flagship research, senior-level forums and events, and a multidisciplinary team, playing a central role in positioning WIG as the UK’s centre of excellence for cross-sector collaboration.
Salary: £62,400–£70,200 plus benefits package.
Policy Content and Event Manager
A high-impact role leading the research, development and delivery of a substantial portfolio of policy-led events and written insight. This role works closely with senior stakeholders across government and industry to design content-driven forums that inform debate and drive collaboration.
Salary: £34,400–£42,000 plus benefits package.
Research Manager
A newly created role focused on delivering high-quality research, thought leadership and impact reporting. This position supports WIG’s strategic programmes through benchmarking, case studies and compelling content that evidences what works in cross-sector collaboration.
Salary: £34,400–£42,000 plus benefits package.
