Wrexham Tennis & Padel Centre is the largest indoor facility in Wales and one of the largest in Great Britain. As a registered charity, the Centre provides tennis, padel and pickleball opportunities for individuals across North Wales and beyond. With 12 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 3 covered padel courts and a growing number of pickleball courts, we are committed to offering inclusive access to sport and creating a safe, welcoming community for all visitors.
We are looking for an inspiring and strategic CEO to lead the next phase of our development – strengthening our impact, driving sustainable growth and building on our reputation as a thriving community sport destination. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees to deliver organisational excellence, strong governance and long-term strategic ambition.

About the Role

As CEO, you will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership, ensuring the Centre continues to grow sustainably while remaining rooted in community impact and strong governance. You will shape and deliver the organisation’s long term vision and ensure services, programmes and operations remain high quality, inclusive and aligned to community need.
This is a pivotal role for a leader who combines commercial instinct with values led leadership, and who can represent the organisation credibly across local, regional and national stakeholders.
