As an Account Director at iNHouse you will direct the implementation and delivery of public affairs an strategic communications programmes for clients. Working with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, you will develop strategies and activity plans that deliver against client objectives with clear links to their business goals. Taking overall responsibility for a portfolio of accounts, you will be accountable for ensuring the team is working well, KPIs are met, and we are making a tangible difference to our clients.

Your responsibilities

Leading implementation and delivery of agreed client programmes with minimum input across 4-6 accounts, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction. Setting clear KPIs for every project, ensuring these are understood by the team and agreed with the client, and proactively managing expectations with a 6-month forward view.

Consistently adding value through active monitoring of political, policy and stakeholder agendas. Becoming an expert in your clients' businesses and articulating this to your team.

Running motivated and effective account teams, acting as mentor and coach to enhance development, and line managing junior team members. We take people management seriously - you'll provide clear briefs, give timely feedback, and help people grow.

Playing a leading role in business growth by securing client renewals, spotting opportunities to add value, and actively participating in pitches. Building your network and acting as an ambassador for iNHouse.
