Re:State is recruiting for an Events Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. 

The Events Assistant will play a vital role in helping shape and deliver Re:State’s exciting events programme – this includes roundtables, panels, conferences, dinners and an ambitious party conference agenda. They will bring a can-do attitude, high-energy and a keen eye for detail to all aspects of their work.

The successful candidate will support the Events and Partnerships Officer on all aspects of the end-to-end delivery of events, including planning logistics, producing event materials, securing speakers and attendees, managing RSVPs, keeping up-to-date records and ensuring the event runs smoothly on the day. They will work across a variety of projects and manage multiple deadlines effectively, sometimes under pressure. They are also encouraged to develop event ideas of their own and work with partners to shape their event ideas.
