FEAT is a non-profit organisation campaigning for secure, promoter-authorised ticket resale across Europe. Representing professionals promoting some of the world's biggest musical acts, we have secured key provisions in EU law, spoken at the European Parliament and developed reporting systems for illegal listings. 2026 is a pivotal year as we look to influence the EU’s upcoming Digital Fairness Act.
FEAT is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations. The role is full-time, hybrid working from London (three days from home and two days at our office on a boat on the Regent’s Canal, N1), with occasional travel to Brussels and international conferences.
Responsibilities
- Draft position papers, consultation responses, guides and open letters to shape EU ticket resale policy
- Develop a deep understanding of EU digital/consumer regulation, legal cases, and industry news
- Build and maintain relationships with EU policymakers and partner associations
- Support media relations, press releases, and pitching
- Keep members informed via updates and help organise the AGM (usually in Barcelona)
- Attend national and international events (approx. every 3-6 months)
- Manage day-to-day admin, internal documentation, and social media/website presence
Requirements
- Experience in a public affairs, policy, or legal role
- Strong communicator able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Brilliant organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- An interest in live music or ticketing
- Desirable: Knowledge of the live music business and EU legislative processes; IT skills (Google Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp)
