We are offering a part-time 6-month internship to work in Sir Ashley Fox MP’s Parliamentary office. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Parliamentary Assistant and be proactive, motivated and dedicated with a strong interest in politics.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get started in a career in politics and develop skills across a range of responsibilities. We are looking for between 2-4 days per week, to be negotiated with the right candidate. The role can be flexible, so may suit those studying or with caring responsibilities, or to combine with other interests.

The ideal candidate will have:

Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to research or casework requests from the constituency office
- Assisting with speechwriting
- Supporting the team with office administration
- Attending meetings to support Ashley
- Drafting correspondence
- Conducting research and preparing briefings
- Diary management
