The British Retail Consortium is looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join our 2‑year Graduate Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the UK retail industry and gain experience across Policy, Corporate Affairs, and Communications.

You’ll rotate across our teams, developing skills in policy development, stakeholder engagement, media relations, political intelligence and integrated campaigning, while learning how the retail industry influences government and public debate. You’ll be supported throughout the programme with a dedicated buddy, mentoring and quarterly development reviews.

A structured interview with a four‑member panel focusing on competencies and role‑specific scenario
