About London Politica
London Politica is a fast-growing political risk advisory firm providing strategic insights to businesses, governments, and organisations navigating geopolitical uncertainty. We operate at the cross-section of diplomacy, policymaking, and corporate strategy, engaging with global leaders in government, business, and civil society. We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across a range of projects. The ideal candidate is ambitious, intellectually curious, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
The Role
The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO’s right hand, driving execution on the organisation’s highest priorities and ensuring the CEO operates at maximum impact. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role at the centre of strategy, operations, and external engagement. You will turn ideas into action, keep complex initiatives moving, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO across internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role will involve a mix of operational coordination, analytical support, stakeholder engagement, and occasional external representation. Some days will involve drafting briefing notes or coordinating client work; others may involve managing conference logistics, following up with senior stakeholders, or preparing materials for media or speaking engagements.
This role offers early exposure to senior geopolitical and policy networks, and suits someone who takes ownership naturally, solves problems proactively, and is comfortable keeping multiple fast-moving priorities aligned.
You will also work closely with London Politica’s partner organisation, the Oxbridge Diplomatic Academy, particularly in supporting the delivery of its July diplomatic training programme for mid- to senior-career diplomats at Rhodes House, Oxford.
