Job Details

We're looking for a Project Support Manager who's passionate about community empowerment and exceptional customer service. You'll be the first port of call for project creators and backers using our platform. We pride ourselves on user relationships. 98% of interactions are rated good or excellent. This role is key to that success.

Role & responsibilities

  • Offer expert crowdfunding advice, helping people plan and run campaigns
  • Communicate via email and phone in a clear, eloquent and friendly way
  • Maintain our Help Centre, creating guides and video tutorials
  • Support delivery of online workshops to educate and inspire project creators
  • Investigate, resolve, escalate and report user issues
  • Work with our product team, feeding user insights into development

Person specification

  • Eager learner who'll quickly become a Spacehive crowdfunding expert
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy, politeness and patience
  • Ability to interpret feedback and identify platform improvements
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to handle multiple users and responsibilities
  • Keen eye for detail and confidence with numbers
  • Confident yet humble team player comfortable under pressure
  • Driven and proactive, working to exceed targets
  • Proud to support our diverse mix of users

We'll be extra impressed if you have

  • CRM experience (we use Intercom)
  • Experience working with developers/tech teams
  • Diverse copywriting skills
  • Charisma and confidence in presenting

Experience

Ideally you'll have customer-facing experience delivering exceptional service. We don't necessarily need years of experience, but our users appreciate the people behind the platform—demonstrate passion for exceptional service and proactively helping users. A background that helps you empathise with diverse users is valuable.
