Hours of Work: We are looking for a Caseworker for up to four days a week. We are open to any flexible and family-friendly working and number of hours or days to suit.

Julia Buckley MP is seeking a compassionate, organised and dedicated Caseworker to join her constituency team in Shrewsbury. This is a rewarding role at the heart of community support—helping local people, resolving problems, and ensuring constituents’ voices are heard.

As a Caseworker, you will be a first point of contact for constituents seeking help with a wide range of issues, including housing, benefits, health, education, immigration, and local services. You will manage your own caseload, communicate with government departments and agencies, and provide clear, accurate advice and support.
