Junior Account Manager
You will support existing customers during their subscription term. Tussell sells annual subscriptions to its online platform, so renewals and client satisfaction are central to our success. The Account Management team helps customers get maximum value from the product through onboarding, training, relationship building and day-to-day support, driving renewals and uptake of additional services.
In your first three months, you will receive on-the-job training to become a confident product user, learn the industry, and understand our systems and processes. Initially, you will handle routine support tasks and support Key Account Managers. After that, you will begin managing your own portfolio, mainly small and medium-sized organisations.

Compensation
Starting salary: £31,500 per annum, with an annual salary review in December and every 12 months thereafter. After three months, you will also be eligible for variable commission.
