About the role
We are looking for a driven Consultant to join our growing healthcare team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how Westminster, Whitehall and the NHS work – and how to apply that knowledge to deliver impactful campaigns for our brilliant clients.
You will play a central role in client accounts, helping to design and deliver public affairs and communications strategies that cut through. You’ll work with a diverse mix of organisations, including patient groups, HealthTech companies, global pharmaceutical businesses and high-growth start-ups.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop quickly in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
About you
- Around 2+ years’ experience in an agency, in-house, parliamentary or policy role
- Strong understanding of UK politics, the NHS, and how policy is shaped and influenced
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven experience of delivering projects
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery: Plan and execute strategic public affairs and communications campaigns across the healthcare sector, ensuring measurable impact for clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including policymakers, healthcare professionals, media, and industry bodies.
- Content Development: Draft briefings, reports, speeches, social media content, press releases, and other materials tailored to client objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations exceeded.
- Event Planning & Support: Assist in organising and managing client events, roundtables, webinars, and conferences.
