The Robertson Trust is recruiting a Programmes Manager to lead a new Social Change Movements team, supporting long-term change to prevent and reduce poverty and trauma in Scotland.

This senior role will lead the development and delivery of a new ‘social movement funding’ approach, working across influencing, policy and community-led change. You will build strategic relationships across policy and practice, oversee programme budgets and governance, and contribute to organisational strategy as part of the Management Team.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong understanding of poverty, trauma and the policy landscape in Scotland, with experience in influencing, systems change or advocacy, and leading high-performing teams.
