What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will play a central part in helping real estate developments navigate the planning approval process. You will bring together expertise across communications, stakeholder engagement and the politics of planning to deliver results for clients working on complex and often high profile schemes.

You will be the kind of person who can engage and influence a broad range of audiences, from local residents and community groups, to councillors, local media and business communities. Your communications skills will be first rate, and your ability to build and sustain strong relationships will be evident in everything you do.

You will have a proven track record working in a consultancy or agency environment covering the built environment, property or planning communications. Experience engaging on controversial or complex schemes would be particularly valuable.
