About Beauhurst
Beauhurst is building the leading provider of private company data in Europe. We help customers discover, track and understand private companies through our online platform and API, so they can make informed decisions, shape policy, and support growth across the economy.
The role
As a Research Manager (Public Sector), you’ll lead high-quality research projects end-to-end, from shaping briefs and coordinating delivery to ensuring every report is accurate, insightful, and beautifully presented. - Research & analysis: use Beauhurst data plus wider market research to collect, interpret and analyse insights
- Content creation & editing: write, refine and shape reports so they’re clear, accurate and compelling
- People management: support and develop direct reports so they can deliver high-quality work confidently
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in research, analysis, consulting, policy, or similar
- Confident managing projects and guiding people
- Analytical and comfortable working with data (experience with R, Python, SPSS, Tableau or QGIS is a plus)
- Strong public sector and UK policy understanding, with proven policy knowledge
What you’ll get
- Equity stake in the company
- Healthcare cash plan + free therapy
- Professional development support
- Regular events and socials
- Subsidised travel + cycle to work
- Subsidised clubs
