We're looking for a Junior Research and Data Analyst to join our team. This is a role for someone with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, whether from a degree, postgraduate study, or self-directed work, and who wants to grow fast in an applied research environment.

You'll be designing surveys, analysing data, building visualisations and dashboards, writing up findings, and engaging directly with clients from day one. We also want someone who thinks critically about methodology, spots ways to do things better, and has the initiative to act on it.

You'll need:

• Some experience with R or Python for data analysis
• Genuine interest in polling, survey methodology, and UK politics
• Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Useful but not essential: experience with data visualisation tools (Flourish, Datawrapper, etc.), exposure to qualitative methods, or familiarity with AI tools in a research workflow.
