Tom Collins MP is looking for a Caseworker to provide outstanding support to the people of Worcester.
The role is about helping people facing complex and often difficult circumstances, offering kind, practical support and working persistently to achieve meaningful outcomes.
It's ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact in the lives of local residents and be part of a team doing politics differently.
About the Role
- Working as part of the constituency office team, you will:
- Support constituents in navigating difficult situations with kindness and practical solutions
- Handle sensitive and complex enquiries with confidentiality, care, and professionalism
- Work closely with local authorities, NHS services, and voluntary organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Contribute to a culture of listening, respect, and responsiveness, reflecting a different, people-first approach to politics
- Answer questions about policy, campaigns, and Tom’s work both nationally and locally
- Support advice surgeries and help identify wider local issues to inform the MP’s work
- Flexible working, occasional Westminster travel, and some evening/weekend work are part of the role. Part-time applications are welcome.
