We’re a purpose-driven team of experts dedicated to improving justice, policing and public safety. We do this through: our in-house think tank, our consulting practice and our inquiries and reviews practice.

Our team identifies and helps solve complex problems arising from crime, vulnerability and other social harms. We’re subject matter experts, and many of us have previously worked at the organisations and in the sectors we now serve. Person specification

As a rule we are looking for candidates with the following skills and abilities, but are happy to hear from those who have a skills profile particularly weighted more in one area and less in another:

• Experience designing and carrying out high quality qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Ability to use analysis to produce fresh, cutting-edge insight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and key insights in a compelling way, which directly answers clients’ briefs
• Actively curious about identifying new policy or analytical insights related to criminal justice and public safety
• Experience completing relevant project management tasks and processes to ensure compliance with organisational governance processes
• Experience completing client management tasks where appropriate
• Strong personal time management skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively within a team
• Interested in working with colleagues on internal thought leadership projects and presentations beyond day-to-day delivery
