Job Details

Natalie Fleet MP is seeking to recruit a Communications Officer (Digital Content Specialist) to join her Westminster office. The role will be full time and will require regular travel between Westminster and Bolsover.

Working closely with the Senior Communications Officer, the CO will support both the parliamentary and constituency offices. They will help to manage and develop Natalie’s social media presence, including scheduling content, monitoring and moderating comments, and supporting timely responses to public‑facing queries. They will spot and develop creative communications ideas to extend reach and secure coverage across digital and traditional media.

The postholder will create a range of engaging digital content for Natalie’s socials and web channels and will help to ensure that she is able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders across multiple media. Content may include but is not limited to TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts, carousels and graphics.

The role will also include filming, editing and posting content for Natalie to promote constituency activity. This will involve attending events, visits and engagements in the constituency of Bolsover as required, and will include evening and/or weekend work from time to time, as agreed with the MP.

This role is offered in a hybrid capacity. It is based in Parliament Monday through Wednesday, though this pattern may occasionally vary.


The salary range offered for this role is £27,000-£30,000.
