Dr Caroline Johnson MP is looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join her constituency office and play a central role in supporting her day to day work across Sleaford and North Hykeham.

This is a varied, fast paced position within the constituency office. You will help ensure constituency activity runs smoothly, working closely with Dr Caroline Johnson MP and her wider team to support constituents, manage local priorities and deliver for the local area.

Applications are welcomed from candidates at different stages of their career. The role could suit someone with experience who is ready to take on responsibility from day one, or someone earlier in their career with the ambition and potential to grow and develop new skills within your role.

For a more experienced candidate, responsibilities could be more advanced and contribute to work based on experience. For a more junior candidate, there will be opportunities to develop abilities over time and contribute more broadly to the work of the office.
