Anna Dixon, Member of Parliament for Shipley, is looking for a Senior Caseworker to join her constituency-based team. Caseworkers play an important role in an MP's office, supporting the MP to ensure that constituents' concerns are heard and actioned.

You will be responsible for overseeing a large caseload of complex cases, ensuring workflows are managed across the team, actions are taken, and constituents are kept informed throughout. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside knowledge of local support organisations and sources of advice, are essential.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, approachable and proactive, with a genuine desire to help people in the constituency. You will ideally have experience managing a caseload, liaising with external stakeholders, and supporting or supervising colleagues within a team.
