About the Role

The Senior Programmes & Communications Manager is a central role within our small but mighty team. You'll lead on the delivery of our flagship programmes — including our Masterclass, Internship, and GetInvolved programmes — while owning our external communications across social media, newsletters, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and delivery of our core engagement programmes
Act as a key point of contact for participants and stakeholders
Lead on external communications across social media, newsletters and website
Support outreach, recruitment and onboarding of programme participants
Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and GDPR requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience working with young people and supporting their development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of underrepresented and minority communities
Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress and social media platforms
