A Geopolitical Account Executive is organised and reliable. Alongside Account Managers and Senior Account Executives, they serve as a key point of contact for our clients and are instrumental in delivering services against briefs. They must be familiar with parliamentary procedures, have a keen eye for detail and be interested in geopolitics.

Primary duties

• Day-to-day management of projects and client care
• Managing workloads proactively
• Tracking and updating internal and external progress on projects
• Providing internal and external client reports and meeting minutes
• Ability to work both collaboratively and unaided
• Ability to contribute to client meetings
• A working knowledge of the main social media platforms
• Undertaking tasks to a consistently high standard
• Any other duties as reasonably required by colleagues/SMT

Primary characteristics

• Good attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Strong writing skills
• Enthusiasm to develop new skills and knowledge
• Proactivity in helping other team members
• Confidence presenting, managing up and briefing clients

Core knowledge

• UK politics, UK media and the broader geopolitical landscape
• EU politics and procedures (desired but not required)
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
