Job Purpose
In this role you will use your communications skills to help deliver important fraud awareness
campaigns to help people protect themselves from fraud and scams.
UK Finance leads work on behalf of the industry to tackle economic crime. A key part of this
is helping customers to protect themselves from fraud and scams. We do this through two
industry fraud awareness campaigns: Take Five to Stop Fraud and Don’t Be Fooled.
Take Five is a national campaign that empowers individuals and businesses across the UK
to protect themselves against financial fraud. Don’t Be Fooled aims to inform students and
young people about the risks of giving out their bank details and deter them from becoming
money mules.
You will work directly with the Campaigns Manager to develop and deliver our campaign
activity. You will get to work across a variety of communication channels, including digital and
social. You will work with external communications agencies and engage with UK Finance
members and other stakeholders.
