Job Details
You'll be the first point of contact for all the telephone, email, and written excitement coming our way. Your superpower is ensuring that queries get answered in a flash, all while having a blast!
- You'll be the maestro of membership renewals, new sign-ups, and updates, mainly through email but sometimes with a little telephone magic and even some snail mail action.
- Your groove will be using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to keep our membership records in perfect harmony.
- As the party's front-line hero, you'll build solid connections with other departments and make sure everyone – our teams and our members – gets what they need.
- When a query needs an extra dose of sparkle, you'll ensure it's taken to the next level promptly and collaborate with the point person to make the magic happen.
- But that's not all – you'll also get trained to be a Fire Warden and First Aider, and you might even become the Office Manager extraordinaire when duty calls.
- You might even get to be a surprise guest at other teams' parties, helping out with exciting projects and jumping into spontaneous fun!
