Working For: ISBA - The Voice of British Advertisers
Location: London
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Length of Contract: Permanent
Job Details
This is a new and exciting role at ISBA, helping modernise and strengthen our digital communications. The role will support the growth of ISBA’s profile, reach and relevance by ensuring that our policy, advocacy, thought leadership, events and wider activity are translated into engaging, accessible and platform-appropriate content.
This is a specialist role that combines content planning, social media delivery, editorial judgement, multimedia production and digital amplification, helping ensure that ISBA’s communications feel current, high-quality, and consistent with the industry we represent.
The postholder will curate, produce and coordinate content, and lead the commissioning of material from third-party creators such as graphic designers. It would strongly suit an entrepreneurial individual who has created and curated digital content for an MP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of ISBA's social media strategy, helping to increase reach, visibility, consistency of perception, engagement, and relevance across platforms
- Managing ISBA's day-to-day social media activity
- Monitoring trends, conversations and opportunities that could improve ISBA's digital relevance, profile and engagement
- Plan, curate and co-ordinate content that helps package and amplify ISBA's advocacy, policy and insight
- Produce original content across written, visual, video and audio formats, including short-form and multimedia assets
- Work with our in-house experts to turn complex issues into accessible content
- Co-ordinate the development of ISBA’s multimedia output, including planning, recording logistics, editing liaison, promotion and distribution
- Lead and oversee content commissioned from external creators, including graphic designers, videographers, podcast support and other specialist suppliers as appropriate, ensuring briefs are clear and outputs are onbrand and fit for purpose
- Develop and deliver digital content that supports ISBA events, campaigns, roundtables, conferences and major external affairs activity before, during and after key moments
- Create and coordinate live, near-live and post-event content such as social coverage, video snippets, summary materials and other amplification assets
- Contribute content to the ISBA website and other owned channels in a way that supports both member value and wider external visibility
Closing Date: 15 July 2026
