Length of Contract: A fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Salary: £36,688.02 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £40,269.83 over the next 2 years. There will also be an additional £3,760 added to the salary if the role is based in our London Head Office.
Current employees in banding 22-26 will maintain their existing salary
Location: Head Office – Newcastle, Head Office London, or Remote
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Digital Transformation Support Co-Ordinator. The post-holder will be responsible for providing remote helpdesk-based support, guidance, and expanding adoption of our first-party software for staff, volunteers, and politicians.
The successful candidate will have:
· 2+ years of experience in a volunteer-facing, customer service, or technical support role
· Knowledge of the structure and aims of the Labour Party
· Experience producing guidance and delivering training
· Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
The Labour Party’s standard working arrangement is that all employees based in headquarters in London/Newcastle attend their contracted office four days per week, Monday to Thursday. Home working is only authorised on Fridays.
