Job Title: Clients manager

Working For: Lauder Teacher

Location: London

Salary: £40000

Length of Contract: Permanent

Job Details

Lauder Teacher is a specialist strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, technology and capital markets.

We advise ambitious private companies, global investors and listed businesses on reputation, growth and influence. Our work spans strategic communications, investor relations, agenda-setting research, public affairs, executive profiling and broadcast media. We also co-produce one of the sector's leading podcasts with Property Week.

Our Executive Chairman, Donal McCabe LVO, served as Queen Elizabeth II's Communications Secretary. Our founders combine decades of experience across investment banking, equity research, communications and corporate strategy.

About the role

This role would suit someone with at least two years' experience in corporate communications or media relations and a genuine interest in business, economics, politics and technology.

You'll work directly with senior advisers on projects spanning listed companies, institutional investors, research, podcasts, events and media campaigns. One week you could be launching agenda-setting research, the next preparing a CEO for a broadcast interview or supporting communications around a major investment.

Property experience isn't essential. Curiosity, commercial awareness and the ability to think beyond traditional PR are.

Key responsibilities

* Deliver strategic communications and media campaigns.
* Build relationships with journalists, broadcasters and key stakeholders.
* Research market, political and policy developments.
* Support thought leadership, research, podcasts, events and executive profiling.
* Prepare briefing materials for media interviews and major announcements.
* Monitor campaigns and produce insightful reporting.

Person specification

* At least two years' experience in PR, media relations, journalism or strategic communications.
* Strong interest in business, economics, politics and current affairs.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Commercially minded, curious and confident with senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and research tools.
* A degree or relevant experience is welcomed, but talent, curiosity and attitude matter most.

Closing Date: 31 July 2026
