You can multitask with ease
You’re organised enough to manage lots of simultaneous demands from residents, the staff team and Josh without losing your cool, losing sight of your goals, nor losing your magic touch. You might even be a fan of project management tools like Monday.com.
You’re a problem solving pro
You’re not fazed by complex challenges and get a buzz from working with others to find solutions. You have the resilience and determination to keep going and deliver the best results for residents. You may have experience working in a people-facing role.
You’re tech savvy
You’re a digital demon when it comes to diary management, inbox management, file storage and other office systems. You might even be geeky about using AI to boost efficiency.
