We are looking for Junior Consultants to join our small but growing team. This is an ideal entry point for someone who wants to apply their analytical skills to meaningful public sector challenges and help governments use technology and data for the public good.
We are growing our team and looking to hire a couple of exceptional candidates. This role will suit candidates who have an interest in developing their skills in the following areas:
Consulting and policy analysis
Data science and quantitative research
Service design and user research
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with strong quantitative and economic skills. Candidates with a more qualitative profile are also very welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities
Support the delivery of consulting projects, including desk research, data collection, and analysis.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
Draft sections of reports, briefings, and client presentations.
Contribute to proposal writing and business development activities.
Support the team with project administration and coordination.
Participate in OI's internal research agenda and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will have
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to synthesise complex information clearly.
An interest in government, public policy, or digital transformation.
Strong quantitative, economic, and/or qualitative research skills.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
