We're seeking an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join our specialist team, identifying and appointing outstanding professionals across policy, public affairs and communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with in-house or consultancy experience who understands the sector, enjoys building relationships and is interested in executive search. You'll also support our market-leading events and thought leadership programme, including market insight reports, the Annual Political Cartoon Awards and the Communications Director's Network.
You'll bring:
- Experience in public affairs, corporate affairs, communications or consultancy.
- A strong network across the communications, policy or public affairs profession.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in executive search.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, curiosity and confidence.
You'll:
- Identify and engage exceptional communications, policy and public affairs talent.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and clients.
- Conduct market mapping and support executive search assignments.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring advice.
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the business.
