Person specification
We are looking for a strategic campaigner who understands what it takes to win competitive elections and can help others raise their game.
What matters most is a track record of delivering results in high-pressure, target-driven campaigns.
You will demonstrate:

- Sound political judgement and an instinct for what resonates with voters.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, set high standards and hold teams accountable for delivery.
- The ability to work independently across a large region, prioritising effectively and responding calmly to unexpected developments.
